What Our Team Has Been Up To

There has been lots happening behind the scenes with our amazing team:

Lucy, Emma, and Lynda have completed Part 2 of their Wella Blonde Expert Course at the Wella Studios - huge congratulations to them! Vicky and her husband Matt braved the elements to climb Snowdon, in a heatwave, what a pair of legends! Jess and her Dad ran the Race for Life in St Albans, raising £300 for a great cause!

We’re thrilled to share that Amy's Mum is finally home and doing well after an unexpected stint in hospital. Thank you to everyone for their well wishes and for being accommodating for any last minute appointment changes.

Congratulations, Lucy!

We are absolutely thrilled to share some wonderful news with you all… Lucy has officially been promoted to principal stylist!

This year, Lucy has been massively upskilling in the latest techniques, mastering the art of balayage and becoming our salon’s very own blonde expert & balayage queen. From 1st September 2025, Lucy’s prices will reflect her new position and expertise. We’re confident that the exceptional skill, creativity, and care she brings to every appointment makes her worth every penny. We know so many of you have already experienced Lucy’s magical talents and we hope you’ll join us in congratulating her on this well-deserved achievement.

Loyalty Points – A Small Update

We’ve made a slight change to our Loyalty Points program:

• Points can now be redeemed on take-home haircare products only

• They’ll now be valid for 6 months instead of 3

• For every £20 you spend (on services, vouchers, products or tools), you’ll earn £1 in points

This update allows you more time to save and treat yourself to salon-quality products at home. It’s our way of saying thank you for your continued support!
