At Saints Hair & Beauty, we believe great hair starts with great communication.
Before booking your appointment online, please take a moment to read the information below. These simple guidelines help us ensure you are booked with the right stylist,
for the right service, with enough time to achieve the best possible result.
If you're unsure at any stage, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Colour Appointments
Colour services must be booked with either a Blowdry or Cut & Finish.
New colour clients require a consultation and skin test before their first appointment.
A deposit may be required to secure colour appointments.
Colour correction and major transformations cannot be booked online and require a consultation.
Apprentice & Graduate Stylist Appointments
Our Apprentices, Daisy and Eliza, are almost qualified and able to offer a range of cut and colour services at reduced prices while they continue to build experience and confidence. To ensure every client receives the best possible service, appointments with our Graduate Stylists are currently limited to straightforward cuts and colour services.
The following services are not currently available with Graduate Stylists:
• Restyles or significant changes of shape
• Short clipper cuts and barbering services
• Corrective colour work
• Complex colour transformations
• Any service requiring advanced technical consultation
If you are unsure whether your appointment is suitable, please contact the salon before booking. We are always happy to advise and ensure you are booked with the most appropriate stylist. Please note that booking an appointment under an incorrect service category may result in your appointment being amended or rescheduled.

Long or Thick Hair
If your hair is particularly long, thick or requires additional product and time, a surcharge may apply. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, please contact the salon before booking.
Hair Extensions
Consultation required before booking.
Hair must be paid for in advance as it is specially ordered for you.
Children's Appointments
Children's appointments are available Monday-Friday between 9am and 6pm.
Saturday appointments cannot be booked in advance and may only be booked on the day, subject to availability.
Please note that children's appointments cannot be booked online and must be arranged by contacting the salon directly.
New Clients
Select the "New Client Extra Time" option when booking.
This allows additional consultation time so we can understand your hair goals and create a personalised plan.
Deposits, Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange appointments.
Deposits may be retained for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Failure to attend an appointment may result in future bookings requiring payment in advance.
Arriving late may result in your service being shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
