We have always taken pride in offering you the best service possible, using top-quality products, having one to one appointments, and making sure our salon is a welcoming space where both clients and team members feel valued.

Over the past 18 months, like many small businesses, we’ve been facing rising costs across the board. From increases in National Insurance and utility bills to the growing prices of the professional products we use every day, we've been doing everything we can to absorb these changes without passing them onto you.

We’ve held off for as long as possible, but to keep the standards you know and love, and to make sure our team continues to be paid fairly for the amazing work they do, we’ve made the difficult decision to introduce a small price increase, starting from 1st September 2025.

This isn’t something we take lightly, and we want to be fully transparent with you. These changes will allow us to:

• Keep using the high-quality, professional products you know and love

• Continue offering the same level of care and service at every visit

• Support our talented team with fair, sustainable wages

Thank you for your continued loyalty and support to Saints. We know these are challenging times, and we're deeply appreciative that you've chosen to stand by us - it means more than words can express.

We’ve also made a small change to how you can use your loyalty points; points can now be redeemed exclusively on take-home hair care products, and you’ll now have more time to save them up, as points will remain valid for 6 months instead of 3! For every £20 you spend with us, whether it’s on hair services, products, or tools, you’ll earn £1 in points. It's our way of saying thank you for your continued support and helping you take great hair home with you!

We’ve updated our colour menu to give everyone more flexibility and options when it comes to colour services. Whether you’re looking for something subtle, bold, or something in between, there’s now a wider choice to suit every budget.
